Shipping policy

At Glamisu, we prepare every order with care to give you simple, fast and worry-free delivery.

We deliver to a Mondial Relay pickup point or locker in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Portugal. You choose your pickup point after payment.

Orders are usually prepared within 2 working days, then delivered to your pickup point around 2 working days after dispatch, an estimated total of 2 to 4 working days in Belgium and France. To the Netherlands and Spain, this can take slightly longer; to Italy and Portugal, allow around 4 to 8 working days.

Delivery costs €4.90 and is free from €39.90. Applicable charges are always shown before you confirm your order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking when available.

Please check your details carefully before confirming your order. If the information provided is incorrect, Glamisu cannot be held responsible for any delay or failed delivery.

If your parcel is delayed, or is shown as delivered but cannot be found, you can contact us at livraison@glamisu.com. We will do our best to help you.

Delivery times are given as a guide and may exceptionally vary during busy periods or in the event of logistical issues beyond our control.
